- Biblical Study & Discussion: Members dive deep into God's Word together, sharing insights and applying Scripture to daily life
- Prayer & Support: Groups pray for one another, share burdens, and celebrate victories together
- Authentic Community: Small groups create a safe space where people can be real about their struggles and victories
- Practical Care: Members support each other during life transitions, illness, or challenges through meals, prayer, and practical help
Small Groups typically meet:
- Weekly or bi-weekly in person or virtually
- Groups usually consist of 8-12 people with a max being 15
- Sessions include fellowship time, Bible study, and prayer
Each Small Group is led by trained facilitators who:
- Guide meaningful discussions
- Foster an inclusive environment
- Coordinate group activities and care initiatives
- Maintain connection with church leadership
